welcome

I'm Izzy and I'm so glad you're here

There comes moments when surviving isn’t enough — when you long to be seen, to live more fully, to shape your relationships and your life in ways that feel true to you. For many queer people, that moment can be layered with questions about identity, connection, and belonging. If you're looking for a space that is both gentle and real, where honesty meets care, you've come to the right place. Here I will reflect what I see with clarity and compassion and collaborate with you to craft a life and relationships full of radical joy and deep connection. Change can feel uncertain, even intimidating, but it begins here, in the quiet bravery of showing up as your full, authentic self.

step into my office

You enter a space where every part of you — the loud, the quiet, the conflicted, and the curious — is welcomed and invited into conversation. Here, your identity, your desires, and the ways you love are honored, without judgment or expectation. Our work is guided by curiosity and care. We’ll explore the different parts of yourself that show up in relationships, in your thoughts, in the ways you protect or push yourself forward. Some parts may feel fearful or stuck, others hopeful and eager for change. My role is to meet them all with honesty, warmth, and clarity — reflecting back what I see, asking questions that help you understand yourself more deeply, and supporting you as you discover your own path forward.Working together is collaborative: you are the expert on your life, and I am here to help you notice the patterns, untangle the knots, and experiment with new ways of being. With each session, you’ll practice listening to yourself with compassion, reclaiming parts of you that have been unheard, and stepping into the fuller, more authentic version of who you are. It’s real, it’s honest, and it’s a space where growth is possible — at your pace, in your way.

Individual, Couple & Relationship Therapy

for every kind of queer relationship

a brave space

Therapy asks for a particular kind of bravery, the kind that doesn’t always feel comfortable or easy. It asks you to notice the parts of yourself that you usually protect, to speak truths you’ve hidden, and to face the questions you’ve been avoiding. It’s not about being fearless; it’s about showing up even when uncertainty or discomfort is present. And while it asks for courage, it is also a safe, holding space — a place where you can explore, stumble, and experiment without judgment. In this space, bravery is met with compassion, honesty is met with care, and every step forward, no matter how small, is witnessed and honored.

systems first

I believe that we are never just one thing but rather are shaped by the people, relationships, and systems around us. Our families, communities, cultures, and the larger society all influence how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we navigate the world. In our work together, we explore not only your inner world but also the systems that impact your life, from your current relationships to the broader context you move within. By understanding these layers, we can uncover patterns, build stronger connections, and find ways to thrive that honor both who you are and the world you live in.

real & honest

I show up as a whole person in our work together, not just as a guide or expert, but as someone who listens deeply, responds honestly, and meets you with genuine presence. You’ll encounter reflections that are clear and grounded, reactions that are real, and a curiosity that’s rooted in care. This honesty isn’t about judgment or rules but rather about creating a space where you can be fully yourself, where conversations are lived-in and human, and where growth emerges from truth, connection, and the courage to face what’s real.

no bad parts

We are made up of many parts: voices, feelings, and impulses that all want something for us. Some parts protect us, some carry pain, and some are curious or playful. In our work together, we’ll get to know these parts with compassion and curiosity, helping them feel heard and understood. By exploring how these parts interact, we can uncover hidden patterns, heal old wounds, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. All of these parts will be met with acceptance and curiosity.

about Izzy

Get to Know Me

I’m queer and polyamorous, and I try to live my life with curiosity, honesty, and a focus on growth both for myself and for the people around me. Queerness isn't just an identity for me but a way of encountering and engaging with the world around me. I’m always learning, reflecting, and striving to be a better human, whether in my work as a therapist or in the everyday moments of life.Play is a huge part of who I am, whether it’s through board games, tabletop role-playing games, or the way I connect and interact with the people in my life. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me baking, spending time with friends and chosen family, or hanging out with my two kitties, Ivy Piper and Little Olive and my nesting partner, Leif. I love noticing the small, joyful moments that make life feel rich, meaningful, and full of possibility.
